The year-round market, located in the Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Association facility in Southeast, won with 47 percent of the vote over Cold Spring and Putnam Valley.

A DVlicious certificate will be awarded later this month.

Part of what makes the market special -- aside from its array of rotating vendors which include a variety of fresh produce and artisan goods -- is the fact that the market's mission is to provide training and job opportunities to community members with disabilities.
