Indoor Market Gives Brewster A Taste Of Spring

BREWSTER, N.Y. - Spring will soon be here and everyone will return to the great outdoors, but until then the Hudson Valley Regional Farmers Market is giving people a taste of summer in Brewster.

The Hudson Valley Regional Farmers Market will be holding its Indoor Winter Market every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the lower level of the HVCPA building at 15 Mt. Ebo Road, Brewster. The outdoor market will return in June.

Highlights include vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, eggs, fruits, jams, chocolates, chili, pesto, beef, pork, lamb, artisan breads, goat milk products, cheese, hummus, soup, garlic dills, micro-greens, honey and more.
