What Makes Them So Addictive: The “specialty” fries at this mom-and-pop operation come dripping with highly caloric, but comforting, toppings such as blue cheese, hot sauce and celery (Buffalo); jalapeno salsa and pepper jack cheese with ranch dressing; chili; and chicken with bacon.
