BREWSTER, N.Y. -- The burger, America's quintessential comfort food, can be dressed up (think Kobe beef, an expensive cheese, a housemade bun) or down (as in simple ketchup, maybe a pickle). Anyway you flip it, it's a winner.

Most Popular: The Big BBQ Burger (barbecue sauce, cheddar jack cheese, onion rings), the Southside Deluxe (cheese, bacon and a fried egg) and the Angus Burger Wrap (grilled in a flour wrap with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion).

Secret "Sauce" Behind Burger's Flavor: Burgers are eight ounces of black Angus beef using fresh, never frozen, meat.  "It's a substantial, sizeable burger, fresh off the grill into your hands," said Manager Dan Seco. "It's like you grilled it yourself." He also cites quality ingredients.

Worth Special Mention: Each burger comes on a toasted bun, with fries and pickles.
