Family IDs Mother Of 3 Killed In Garbage Truck Crash In Rockland County The 38-year-old woman killed in a head-on crash with a garbage truck in Rockland County this week has been identified by her family as a devoted mother of three.  Evelin Landa of Suffern died in the crash on Route 202 near Wilder Road in Wesley Hills on Monday, Sept. 28, according to her brother, Leonel Leal.  She leaves behind three children, ages 16, 9, and 6, her family said.  As previously reported by Daily Voice, the crash happened at around 10:35 a.m. when Landa's sedan and a garbage truck collided head-on, according to Ramapo Police.  Landa was pronounced d…
