A driver was charged with DWI after her Jeep struck a parked vehicle and overturned in a Passaic County borough on the Fourth of July, police said. 18-Year-Old Drowns In Pond On 4th Of July: Morris County Prosecutor
An 18-year-old drowned in a pond in Morris Township on Saturday, July 4, authorities said. At 6:28 p.m., witnesses reported seeing Hillario Manuel Mendez-Vincente struggling to swim while in Jones Pond, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said.
