Yonkers resident Jeury Fernandez Navarro, 38, was found guilty by a jury on Tuesday, Aug. 18, of second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, Aug. 19.

A serious head-on crash left people injured and drew a large emergency response to a Rockland County intersection, according to reports.
The collision happened late Tuesday night, Aug. 18, at Saddle River Road and Millrose Lane in South Monsey, The Monsey Scoop reported.
