$4 Million Mega Millions Prize Sold In Hudson Valley, Claimed By Local LLC A $4 million Mega Millions prize from a ticket sold in Orange County has officially been claimed.  Blue Pegasus Holdings Limited Liability Company (LLC) of New Windsor claimed the second prize from the June 9 drawing, the New York Lottery announced on Tuesday, Sept. 22. The winning ticket matched the first five numbers drawn: 09, 30, 36, 38, and 40, missing only the Mega Ball, which was 03.  Although the standard Mega Millions second prize is $1 million, the ticket came with a randomly generated 4X Multiplier, quadrupling the prize to $4 million, according to the Lottery.  …
