The nation's best airports for traveler satisfaction have been revealed in a new ranking.
JD Power released its 2026 North America Airport Satisfaction Study on Wednesday, Sept. 16. The study was based on 24,710 surveys from US and Canadian residents who traveled through at least one airport in either country.
The consumer intelligence company ranked airports based on seven factors, including ease of travel, trust, terminal facilities, staff, departure and travel-to-airport experience, food, beverage and retail, and arrival and travel-from-airport experience.

Dozens Suffer Burns From Recalled Heated Blankets: What To Know
Nearly 200,000 heated blankets and heating pads are being recalled after more than 50 people suffered burns.
JKMAX issued the recall for about 195,000 heated blankets and heating pads, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Thursday, Sept. 17. The products were imported by Jiande Pengshuai Trading Co., Ltd., of China.
The blankets and pads can overheat because of their internal wire heating elements, posing fire and burn hazards. JKMAX has received 577 reports of the products smoking, melting, or burning, including 53 burn injuries, according to the CPSC.

The countdown to turning back the clocks is on, even as Washington debates whether Americans should keep switching.
Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. local time on Sunday, Nov. 1, when clocks across most of the US move back to 1 a.m., according to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
That means an extra hour for sleep, lighter mornings, and earlier evening darkness by the clock. The change shifts when daylight falls on our schedules; it does not create more sunlight.
