Robin Francis Murphy was 17 years old on April 9, 1995 when she left her home to meet a friend at a local restaurant. She was last seen on foot at the Carmel Plaza on Route 52 in Carmel, where her car was found. Foul play is suspected.
She is described as 5-foot-9, 140 pounds with black hair and blue eyes.
