Kent Dog Officer Turns To Facebook To Find Owner Of Found Pet

KENT, N.Y. -- The town of Kent's dog control officer is seeking the owner of an all white, female dog found recently at the intersection of Farmers Mills Road and Kentview Drive.

The Lost Pets of the Hudson Valley Facebook community is helping the Kent dog control officer find the owner of a small, all white dog found recently in Kent.

Dog Control Officer Mary Madsen posted the information to the Lost Pets of the Hudson Valley Facebook page Saturday in hopes of finding the animal's owner.

While no picture was available, Madsen described the animal as small (about 10 pounds) and wearing a pink collar with no tags.

Anyone who may know the dog or its owners should call 914-299-9699.
