Penny is a young adult female Tortie. According to the Humane Society, she really wants love, but it takes time for her to warm up to new people. A slow introduction and patience will be needed.

Penny can be visited from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily at the Humane Society, 68 Old Route 6, Carmel.
