CARMEL, N.Y. -- The Putnam County SPCA is hosting a meeting about the countywide animal cruelty watch on Saturday, April 9, at 1 p.m. at the Paladin Center, 39 Seminary Hill Road, Carmel.
The Paladin Center in Carmel will be the site of the Putnam County SPCA's animal cruelty watch program.
