Victim Attacked While Waiting To Board Ride At Dutchess County Fair, 3 Men Charged: Police
Three Hudson Valley men face gang assault charges after police said they attacked a man waiting to board a ride at the Dutchess County Fair, leaving him with serious injuries.
Greene County resident Ryan A. Depew, 32, of Catskill, and Ulster County residents Lloyd D. Depew, 31, and Dennis J. Appollonia, 36, both of Kingston, were arrested following the incident at the fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York State Police announced on Friday, Sept. 4.

Crime fell across New York in 2026, with new state data showing declines in overall offenses, violent crime, robberies, murders, and property crime in communities across the state, Gov. Kathy Hochul announced.
