While investigating the accident, sheriffs discovered 14 minors in possession of alcohol at 351 Cornwall Hill Rd. These minors were charged and issued appearance tickets, sheriffs said.

Frank W. Grady, 24, was found at the scene of the accident, but there was allegedly no motorcycle. Subsequent investigation revealed another suspect,  Caleb R. Kessman, 18, had taken the motorcycle and hidden it at his home located at 351 Cornwall Hill Rd., police said.  Grady was charged with driving while Intoxicated, pending a future appearance in the Town of Patterson Justice Court to answer the charge, sheriffs said.

Christopher A. Coleman, 22, then allegedly took the bike from the Cornwall Hill Road location and hid it again. Both Coleman and Kessman were charged with tampering with evidence, sheriffs said.
