Red Hook Man Charged After Fight At Liberty Tavern In Rhinebeck

RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- A Red Hook man faces assault charges for his role in a Nov. 24 incident at the Liberty Tavern in Rhinebeck, according to police.

Andrew Dyal, 22, was charged with third-degree assault, after police were notified by an alleged victim of a fight, a day after it took place, said Rhinebeck Police Department Sgt. Peter Dunn.

Dyal was issued an appearance ticket to return to the Village of Rhinebeck Court on Dec. 14.
