Two Hospitalized In Serious Crash In Mahopac

Two people were hospitalized Tuesday afternoon after a two-car crash in Mahopac, according to Jack Casey of the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department.

Mahopac Falls Fire, Rescue, EMS and Fire Police responded along with multiple units from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office and EMStar paramedics to the corner of Secor Road and Agor Lane.

Chief Brian Sacher, the Incident Commander, put fire police units along Secor Road from Longdale Road to Archer Road.

Paramedics and EMTs triaged several people and transported two. Others involved refused treatment at the scene. 

The crash is being investigated by the Putnam Sheriff's Officer.
