In a 9-0 vote, Joe Castellano, a Southeast resident who has served on the board since 2012, was voted in as chairman while Toni Addonzio was named deputy chairwoman. Castellano, who is running for a third term this year, replaces Ginny Nacerino.
Addonizio, a Kent resident, is starting her second term.
