Brewster Schools Recognize 4 Years Of Service At Community Food Pantry

BREWSTER, N.Y. -- The Brewster school district on Tuesday recognized Brewster High School students who have been volunteering at the Brewster Community Food Pantry for four years.

The public recognition, which came in the form of a Tweet and included a photograph, thanked the students for their service.

The Brewster Community Food Pantry is run by St. Andrew Episcopal and St. Lawrence O'Toole Roman Catholic churches in Brewster and the St. James Episcopal Church in North Salem, according to the St. Andrew's website.

The pantry provides groceries to people and families in need and is open from 10 a.m. - noon on Tuesdays and from 1-3 p.m. on Thursdays.

The pantry is accepting food donations and welcoming volunteers. Anyone wishing to make a tax deductible fiscal donation should make checks payable to Brewster Community Food Pantry, Inc.
