Police Nab Teen Suspect In Pound Ridge Man's Shooting Death, Seek Second A 16-year-old boy who is a suspect in the St. Louis shooting death of Dr. Kenneth Spalter of Pound Ridge has been detained, St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson said on Twitter. "A 16-year old male in custody of juvenile authorities in connection with homicide of Kenneth Spalter on Juniata." Dotson added that a second suspect is being sought.
