A lottery ticket worth nearly $2.5 million was sold at a Monmouth County deli, officials said.
The Jersey Cash 5 ticket was purchased at Wilson Avenue Deli in Port Monmouth, the New Jersey Lottery said in a news release on Friday, Oct. 4.
The winner of the $2,439,721 jackpot was in the drawing on Thursday, Oct. 3.
The winning numbers were 6, 10, 14, 18, and 29. The XTRA number was 5 and the Bullseye number was 18.
The deli will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket.

The Jersey Cash 5 ticket won the $1,217,123 jackpot in the drawing on Monday, Aug. 5, the New Jersey Lottery said in a news release. It was purchased at 6-12 Convenience Store on South Main Street in Marlboro.
