Netflix is rolling out a wide-ranging October slate, led by original movies, returning series, documentaries, comedy specials, and a deep catalog of licensed films.
The October schedule starts Wednesday, Oct. 1, with titles including “21 Jump Street,” “22 Jump Street,” “8 Mile,” “Ad Astra,” “Angels & Demons,” “Bring It On,” and the “Bourne” films, according to What’s on Netflix.

New information has been released after the sudden deaths of two Ole Miss students, though investigators are still working to determine what killed them.
Aidan Hamilton, 18, and Robert Strang, 20, died Monday, Sept. 21.
Hamilton was a freshman from Englewood, Colorado, and Strang was a junior from Atlanta, as Daily Voice previously reported. Hamilton was found unresponsive on campus, while Strang died off campus.

A college hockey player is on life support after collapsing during a team workout, and teammates are challenging the school’s account of what happened, according to multiple reports.
Matthew Mayich, 21, collapsed Thursday, Aug. 20, at Arizona State University’s Sun Angel Stadium in Tempe, Arizona.
