A stun gun was used on an armed 60-year-old man in Warren County, authorities announced Monday, Aug. 17. At 6:57 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, officers responded to the 100 block of W. A new website is helping drivers see whether their license plate has been searched in Flock Safety's controversial surveillance system. HaveIBeenFlocked.com says it has compiled data on nearly 242 million unique searches involving more than 4.6 million plates. The records range between December 2021 and July 2026.
