A 29-year-old Little Ferry man was arrested and charged on Monday, April 14, after he was found with a knife and a BB gun outside a church in Palisades Park authorities said. At 6:11 p.m., officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at First Street and E. Edsall Boulevard and located Minseuk Jung standing out the Presbyterian Church of New Jersey at 500 Broad Ave., Palisades Park police said.
