Hagerstown's Kyron Sapp Jr., 33, is accused of leaving an altercation, returning with a handgun, and shooting a 26-year-old man multiple times early on Monday morning, according to city police.
Officers responded around 2:24 a.m. on July 27 to the 500 block of George Street, where they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The man was rushed to Meritus Medical Center, underwent surgery, and was listed in stable condition.

Eric Bieniemy's wife, Mia Bieniemy, 57, was reportedly shot by their son Elijah Zion Bieniemy, 27, on Sunday, July 26, in the 20000 block of Northpark Drive, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office and ESPN. Eric Bieniemy is the Kansas City Chiefs' offensive coordinator.
